This triplex project was a collaboration became the launch pad for many future endeavors. A testament to the magic of timing, purchasing in 2012 was a bargain! Still fresh in the investing game, we partnered with a long-time and like-minded trusted friend. Together, maintaining the units and providing facelifts when necessary, we created a cash cow. The cash flow will be hard to beat, but growth through equity landed us in a new tier. Every step along the way has been a learning opportunity. Some properties serve as buy-and-hold while others bring value in their brief holding chapter. Grateful for the experience and even happier we’ve moved on.
